Overview
MSCI Barra Global Client Service is the primary point of contact for clients and users of MSCI Index and Barra Analytics products, and serves as the key link to MSCI Barra's Global Research and Index operations. Our multi-lingual associates are available to answer index methodology or product related questions and address any technical issues regarding our data, 24 hours a day, five days a week.
Client Service associates work with clients to help them understand the MSCI index methodologies and products as well as the extensive risk management and analytic Barra products.
